To register for Airtime Share and share/send Cell C airtime:
Dial *147#
Select option 3-Data&Airtime Share
Select option 2-Airtime Share
Select option 1. To Share airtime
Select the amount you want to share.
Enter the
Cell C Prepaid or Top Up cellphone number.
Select option 1. To confirm
After this step is completed, both you and the recipient of the airtime will receive an SMS confirming the transaction.
Once registered, you can also share airtime using the following direct USSD string,
Dial *147*333*recipient cellphone number*amount#
eg *147*333*0652599204*30#
